It has been known that SM Entertainment will be producing a Korean version of one of Japan's biggest dramas, "Hana Kimi". After considering many people for the main roles, SM Entertainment has made the final casting for the lead roles.
It has been announced that SHINee's Minho will be the show's male lead while f(x)'s Sulli will be the show female lead.
The show will be called "To The Beautiful You" and will be directed by Jun Ki Sang, the same director of one of Korea's biggest dramas, "Boys Over Flowers". The show will be aired on SBS during the second half of the year.

SMTOWN will kick off its 3rd world tour soon!
This year the SMTOWN Live World Tour, featuring Girls' Generation, SHINee, TVXQ, Super Junior, f(x) and more, will begin in Los Angeles on 20th May.
SMTOWN's L.A. concert will be recorded and broadcasted by the Korean TV station, MBC, later on.
Beside that, it was confirmed that the SMTOWN Live World Tour will take place in Tokyo, Japan on 4th and 5th August, and in Seoul, Korea on 18th August. There will also be concerts in many other major cities like Beijing, China.
Ticket sales for this event will begin on 5th April.

As always, SBS' Inkigayo featured amazing performances including SHINee's stage with "Sherlock (Clue + Note)".
SHINee surpassed with "Sherlock (Clue + Note)" top songs such as 2AM's "I Wonder If You Hurt Like Me", B1A4's "Baby I'm Sorry" and even Big Bang's "FANTASTIC BABY", and won this week's "Take 7".

After a 2 year absence from the Korean music industry SHINee returns, taking the top spot on the gaon charts with their comeback track 'Sherlock".
The group's latest release quickly dominated multiple online charts taking both the no.1 spot in the single and album charts with an all kill, making it SHINee's 1st single to ever rank no.1 on the gaon charts.
After achieving their latest consecutive no.1 track last week, 2AM's "I Wonder If You Hurt Like Me" slipped to no.2, while CN BLUE's latest single “I Still Love You” launched 7 spot to no.3.
Dropping down no.4 was Big Bang's "FANTASTIC BABY" while vocalist LYn latest release 'Teddy Bear" jumped 12 spots to no.5.

V Magazine' new VJ, Chris Kutleta, introduces the favourite K-pop songs of Nicola Formichetti, who is known to be the fashion director of Lady Gaga and the French fashion house of MUGLER.
Nicola Formichetti has been sharing via Twitter and Tumblr that he's very into listening K-pop and J-pop for inspiration these days. That's why V Magazine asked him to prepare a playlist of his favourite songs.
His playlist features various tracks by 2NE1 and Big Bang and also 2 songs by Girls' Generation and SHINee.

Despite just beginning promotions for their new mini album "Sherlock", SHINee is already looking towards the future. After 4 weeks of promotions in Korea, the group will be heading to Japan for a nationwide tour.
The Japanese tour will start on April 25th at Marine Messe Fukuoka.
After finishing their Japanese promotions, the group will return to Korea once again. It has been revealed that they plan on releasing a full length Korean album by the end of the year.

SHINee's 4th mini-album, "Sherlock", will be released digitally on March 19th and physically on March 21st. The group has revealed knew details about the album.
The title track of the album has been revealed to be an experimental pop record. The song combines two different tracks in one, a technique know as the hybrid remix. The two songs to be combine are "Clue" and "Note", both of which will be featured in the album.
The album will have a Sherlock Holmes concept. Each of the album's 7 tracks will act as a different chapter in Sherlock Holmes' life.

SHINee's highly anticipated new album "Sherlock" was original said to be released on March 21st. It has now been revealed that the album will be available digitally two days earlier.
According to an SM Entertainment representative, the SHINee's fourth mini album will available worldwide on March 19th. Music sites such as Melon and iTunes will release all seven tracks from the album.
It was also stated that the album will showcase a new style from SHINee.

SHINee will be making their comeback on March 21st with their 4th album "Sherlock".

Rumors of a March comeback for SHINee could turn out to be true.
Choreographer Jae Won Shim uploaded a photo on his Facebook page showing the legs of 5 people in a dance studio. The caption of the photo stated "With SHINee Again".
The picture suggests that SHINee is currently working on a dance routine for their comeback. Fans are hopeful that the group will be returning soon.
Stay intuned for any official announcement of the group's comeback.

On February 1st, SHINee will release their first live concert album, SHINee World. This is from the live music during their concert in Seoul last January 1 and 2 of 2011.
The album has two CDs that contains a total of 34 tracks with 3 bonus studio tracks of: The SHINee World (Doo-Bop), Amigo, and Lucifer.
The album also contains the solo performances of the members: Jonghyun’s “Girls”, Minho’s “OMG”, Taemin’s “Boy Meets Girl”, Key’s “My First Kiss”, and Onew’s “Nessun Dorma”.
On other news, SHINee's Key together with Super Junior's Kyuhyun, SNSD's Sunny, and CSJH The Grace's Dana will be taking the stage in March for the Korean version of the Broadway musical, Catch Me If You Can.

SHINee member Minho landed his first major acting role in the new SBS comedy "The Salamander Expert and the Shadow Operation". With the show beginning to air on January 27th, the singer talked about his first experience as an actor.
Minho revealed that he felt awkward when he first started acting. After a week of filming however, he started to become more comfortable in front of the camera and around his costars Oh Dalsoo, Lim Wonhee and Ryu Hyun Kyung.
Minho's character on the show is named Minhyuk, a dark character who is a hacker and isn't comfortable around people. Because his character is the complete opposite of his personality in real life, it was a weird experience for him to act like his character all day on set, then go home and become a completely different person again.
What's Minho's goal in taking on this role? To relieve viewers' stress through laughter.

The composer of Infinite's song, "She's Back", revealed this track was originally sold to SM Entertainment, who decided to make it one of SHINee's songs.
So SHINee recorded "She's Back" and it was going to be included in the band's album, Lucifer. However, shortly after the song was finished, it was decided to be excluded from Lucifer, because it didn't match the album's style. "She's Back" had a boyish and cool feel which simply didn't match with the dark concept of Lucifer.
In the end, "She's Back" was left out from Lucifer and given to Infinite. The composer admitted he was disappointed that it couldn't be included in SHINee's album. Nevertheless, he thanked Infinite for doing such a great job at the end.
