Wham! is going to reunite briefly for the duo's 30th anniversary.
According to popcrush, the reunion will take place since one half of the duo, George Michael, has released new material. Apparently the source stated it's one of those "now or never moments".
It would seem that we can expect “a big gig… and an even bigger party afterwards!” Should we believe an anonymous insider source. As of now, this gig is only in the planning stages.
Wham! debuted in 1982 and disbanded in 1986. Only Michael continued on with his musical career, the last half of the duo, Andrew Ridgeley, simply faded into obscurity.
