  Cheryl Cole Sues 'Now' Magazine Over Romance Claims

  

  Cheryl Cole is suing Now magazine's publisher over a rumor that she and rapper MC Harvey has been romantically involved. The singer's claim revolves around a story which the magazine published in February. The story titled, "World Exclusive: So Solid's Harvey 'My Secret Romance with Cheryl'", was denied by Cole on twitter.

  Cheryl Cole is according to BBC news, accusing Now magazine and the publishers, IPC media, of misusing private information. The singer is also seeking an injunction to ban IPC media from continuing reporting on the matter.
