Mariah Carey Announces Music Release for Summer 2012

Mariah Carey will be releasing her 13th studio album during the summer of 2012. The release campaign started with the singer posting a photo, which can be seen in the hero image. Carey also tweeted: "So.. Summer 2012.. Been in the lab, mixing up some concoctions for you, hope you like it!! #MCSummer2012."

Nick Cannon Hospitalized After Blood Clots

The streak of bad luck for Nick Cannon continues. According to popcrush.com, Mariah Carey's husband has been hospitalized again, this time it's due to blood clots in his lungs. Apparently he's been travelling a lot by airplane and that's been stated as the cause of the blood clots.

It was on February 10th that Cannon started becoming sick but it wasn't revealed until February 16th! Apparently Cannon tried to downplay the whole ordeal. Everyone agrees that Cannon is working too much, even his doctor states that if he continues on with his current schedule, it will kill him!

Nick Cannon's schedule forces him to fly across the state from L.A to NYC, not to mention that he holds multiple jobs coupled with twins at home.

Nick Cannon Gets Discharged from Hospital

Nick Cannon has been released from the hospital after the "small kidney failure" he suffered from. His wife, Mariah Carey tweeted about his condition: "Daddy Nick is getting better [sic], we're all home together taking care of each other, excited about the new year!!"

According to Rolling Stone, what caused the kidney failure hasn't been disclosed. Cannon's representatives stated that he's home resting after the ordeal. If you think Cannon is going to slow down down simply because of the kidney failure, you're wrong. In fact, he plans on returning to his morning show as early as on January 17th.

Mariah Carey's Husband Leaves Operating Table

As we previously reported, Mariah Carey's husband has suffered a smaller kidney failure. According to Contact Music, Nick Cannon recently tweeted that he had just left the operating table!

Cannon was transferred to a hospital in L.A earlier this week just so he could be closer to his family. Apparently Cannon was awake during the whole surgery. Despite the scary event it would seem that he feels stronger than ever, at least if we believe his tweets.

Mariah Carey's Husband Suffers Kidney Failure

Mariah Carey's husband, Nick Cannon has suffered a small kidney failure and is currently in a hospital in Aspen. The singer tweeted about the event, saying, "Please pray for Nick as he's fighting to recover from a mild kidney failure."

Despite the sad moment, Carey seems to keep a positive outlook, asking everyone to pray for them.

"We're trying to be as festive as possible under the circumstances but please keep Nick in your thoughts because this is very painful", Carey said. "They tried to kick me out of the hospital but here I am pon de bed with Mr. C."

According to Hollywood Reporter, Carey also added that they're "stranded" in Aspen but they're ok as long as they're together. We all wish Nick Cannon a speedy recovery without any complications!

Mariah Carey Feared She Would Never Walk Again

During Mariah Carey's pregnancy earlier this year, the singer was confined to her bed after difficulties during the pregnancy. During an interview on 20/20, the singer revealed she was afraid she would never be able to walk again.

While pregnant, the singer suffered from numerous complications, including high blood pressure, preeclampsia and gestational diabetes. After 30 weeks Carey struggled to keep the twins inside her to complete the pregnancy instead of delivering prematurely despite the harm it was doing to her body.

Carey was forced to stay in bed towards the end the pregnancy, unable to move around without the risk of collapsing. "I was afraid I wasn't going to be able to walk properly again. It was a huge strain," she revealed.

After 35 weeks the doctor finally told Carey that keeping her babies was no long safe. She had a C-section on April 30th, 2011, giving birth to her twins Moroccan and Monroe.

Making of Justin Bieber's Upcoming Single

Justin Bieber has released a sneak peak, behind-the-scenes preview for his Christmas single, "Mistletoe." In the clip, he's seen kissing his female co-star which will generate a lot of jealousy from his die hard fans. The MV is directed by Roman White who is the same director who helped Bieber with his "One Less Lonely Girl" MV as well.

The song is 'sweet with an upbeat reggae tune' and is available for purchase on the 17th Oct. While, his full Christmas album release is due for 1st of November. The album features many guest stars such as Boyz II Men, Mariah Carey, Busta Rhymes, Usher and The Band Perry. Proceeds of $1 from every copy of the album sold will be donated for a good cause.

Bieber said he's really excited about this album and has a good feeling about this song because it is catchy. He hopes his fans loves it and sing it every Christmas!

Mariah Carey & Justin Bieber Collaborate for Christmas

Mariah Carey announced through a video message that she recorded a duet version of her song titled "All I Want for Christmas Is You" together with the young star, Justin Bieber.

Their duet track will be included in Justin Bieber's upcoming album, Under the Mistletoe, which will also feature various other collaborations with artists such as Busta Rhymes, Usher and so on. It will be out on 1st November!
