Bobby V has revealed the title of his upcoming album and he also announced his first single off of said album. The single will, according to This is RnB, feature Lil Wayne.
Bobby V's album was originally titled “V5″, but it was later on changed to “Dusk Till Dawn”. The album drops on October 2nd and the single will premiere on May 30th on Breakfast Club.

Lil Wayne has allegedly settled a $1.5 million lawsuit by the producer GX. The grio reports that GX sued Lil Wayne because he wasn't payed royalties for the song "Love Me Or Hate Me".
GX apparently claimed that Lil Wayne owed him $1.5 million in royalties. At first Lil Wayne dismissed the case but he later on settled the issue outside of court. How the issue was settled wasn't revealed.

The nominees for the 2012 Billboard Awards have been revealed, with Adele, LMFAO, and Rihanna being front runners of the race. Adele racked up 18 nominations, LMFAO scored 17, and Rihanna had 13 nods.
The awards show will take place in Las Vegas’ MGM Grand. The live broadcast will air on Sunday May 20 at 8:00 PM ET on ABC.

Lil Wayne and his crew are being accused by a photographer to have beaten him and his bicycle up, using a skateboard. The history is the following; Lil Wayne and his crew were seen skateboarding outside a church which had a "no skateboards" sign. The photographer then began to snap photos and once it started raining the crew retreated back to the car. The story would have ended there but the photographer decided to follow them, still taking photos.
Once Lil Wayne confronted the photographer, allegedly eight men surrounded him. According to Hollywood reporter, the photographer was forced to delete the photos, followed by a round of spitting from the other men. In the end, the man was pushed to the ground and the other men began to destroy the photographers bicycle with the skateboard. The photographer reported the incident to the police. There still have been no word from Lil Wayne's representatives.

After releasing the cover art for her upcoming album, Nicki Minaj also released the track-list for upcoming album, "Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded". The tracks features various artists, most notable are perhaps, Lil Wayne, Drake, Chris Brown, Young Jeezy and more. The album hits the stores on April 3rd.

Believe it or not, Bruce Springsteen's "Wrecking Ball" has knocked Adele's "21" off its number 1 spot on the Billboard 200 chart. According to Entertainment Weekly, Springsteen's "Wrecking Ball" sold 196 000 copies. Adele on the other hand isn't that far away with 195 000 copies, settling her on a second place.

It has been confirmed that Justin Bieber and Drake are going to work together on Bieber's newest album, "Believe". Last Wednesday Bieber tweeted a cryptic message on twitter: "You really wanna know who im going into the studio with tonight??#bigbro #CANADA". Bieber's manager, Scooter Braun, confirmed on twitter last Thursday that the two stars are indeed going to collaborate.
If that's not enough, Bieber has also recruited various other stars to help out with the album. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Kanye West has been recruited and there's rumors that Ke$ha, Pharrell, will.i.am and Lil Wayne might work on the album with Bieber as well.

Lil Wayne's newest album is apparently going to be released sometime before the summer, Rolling Stone reports. Apparently one of the founders of Cash Money records, Birdman, said this about the upcoming album:
"It's called I Am Not A Human Being 2. It's gonna be before the summer for sure. We haven’t picked the date yet. Whenever he’s ready to drop his album, we're gonna make it do what it do. He’s definitely got an album done and ready to go."

Torion Sellers, 14 years old, is the newest as well as youngest member in YMCMB.
In the PSA, Torion displays his vocal chops in "I'll Be There" by Jackson 5 and "Sometimes I Cry" by Eric Benet. During a freestyle to "Look at Me Now", Torion shows viewers that he's not just a singer, but he's a dancer too!

The band and teenage pop sensation finished first and second in a survey held by the U.K. based dating site that matches singled according to musical tastes, Tastebuds.fm.
Members to the site were asked to name 12 bands whose music would become a romantic turnoff. 1,600 responses were gathered and Nickelback and Justin Bieber took the top spots with Lady Gaga, Ke$ha, Coldplay, U2, Creed, Katy Perry, Lil Wayne and Britney Spears following behind.
Tastebuds.fm founder, Alex Parish, noted that they were curious which bands people would be horrified to learn about when browsing a date's iPod. He added that, "Although sharing musical tastes with your partner is not the be all and end all, it can certainly help in maintaining a harmonious relationship - and we've seen it's a great conversation starter."

On Friday, November 18th, Lil Wayne and Cash Money's founders, as well as the rest of the Cash Money team, returned to their hometown of New Orleans to hold their annual Thanksgiving turkey giveaway.

With all the hype and delay that T-Pain's forthcoming album "rEVOLVEr" is getting, it's about to get more even more attention now that its tracklist is revealed.
"rEVOLVEr", set to release on December 6th, is so titled and stylized to emphasize the grow the King of Autotune has undergone. The album is said to come out in two editions: a standard edition made up of 14 tracks, and a deluxe edition containing three additional tracks on top of the original 14.
Apart from 7 albums worth of material condensed into one, "rEVOLVEr showcases a hefty lineup of star-studded artist. Features include acts such as Lil Wayne, Chris Brown, Ne-Yo, Wiz Khalifa and Lily Allen among others.

Not to long ago, R&B crooner Robin Thicke announced that the original release date (Nov. 15th) for his upcoming album, "Love After War", will be delayed and set to make its debut on December 6th.
To keep his fans at bay, Thicke unveiled "Love After War"'s album cover (seen on the left) and tracklist. The album will be sold in a two editions: a standard edition with 17 tracks, and a deluxe edition with 20 tracks.
Not much is known about the three additional tracks on the deluxe edition, nor the full list of features for the album. Very sneaky of Mr. Thicke to share a tracklist, but at the same time leave a little room for mystery.

Apart from having his hands full with working on Drake's and Nicki Minaj's musical career, Lil Wayne still has his own to worry about. Not to mention the lifestyle that comes with being a superstar. But that doesn't stop the hip-hop artist/rapper from making time for some of his favorite pass times.
In a recent interview with GQ, Weezy speaks of his love for skateboarding. A few months prior to the interview, Weezy had gotten into skateboarding. Young Money's General wasn't sure as to way he became interested in the sport, but admits that a warped childhood and t.v. marketing played a role. He goes on to share how he's serious about his new found hobby. So serious that he even had a ramp built on his roof!

Just in case you missed it, BET rolled out their black carpet for their annual Hip Hop Awards. 2011 marks the sixth year the awards has taken place.
With all of hip-hop's greatest under one roof, it made for one hell of a night. Some of the evenings performances included acts by Lupe Fiasco, T.I., Big Sean, and rookie of the year winner Wiz Khalifa. For this year's honoree, LL Cool J joins the elite group of Hip Hop Hall a Famers.
Chris Brown and Young Money's Lil Wayne blew everyone out of the water. Not only were they nominated for numerous categories, they took home the most awards.

In a recent documentary-style interview, Lil Wayne admitted that he was once addicted to a 'codeine-based' cough syrup called, "sizzurp" even though he wasn't "sick". So why did he drink it for fun? According to TMZ, it helped him to cope with fame! He has been drinking it as a child following, Pimp C's footsteps as he'd often rap about it in songs. Ironically, Pimp C died from sizzurp overdose in 2007!
Finally, Wayne quit with the addiction last year and explains he no longer needs it anymore.
