His reason: the show is terrible. "Glee is worse than Grease and Grease is bad enough... I look at Grease now and think, 'Between High School Musical and Glee, Grease was a work of art.'"
While Slash doesn't hold a stance against licensing Guns N' Roses hits, he prefers to lend the music and image to projects he endorses. His image, for example is uses in the video game, Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock.

Rolling Stone has reported that Guns N' Roses have defended their actions after Roberto Medina, Rock In Rio's festival organizer, stated that the band showed a lack of commitment by going on stage late at Rio de Janeiro, held in Brazil earlier this month.
The band's publicist told Blabbermouth.net that the delay was due to the festival's "inadequate" production and the downpour. Guns N' Roses' publicist added that the band continued to play in the rain for two-and-a-half hours and would never intentionally disrespect their fans.
This isn't the first time the band has been late to a set. In 2001 the band arrived tow hours late!
