Congratulations to the couple!

Adam Lambert's new album "Trespassing" has debuted on Billboard 200's No.1 spot. According to Hollywood Reporter, the album sold 77,181 copies after being released on May 15th.
However, it has been reported that the sales varies slightly from site to site. Lambert has in the process of reaching the No.1 spot beaten both Adele and Norah Jones.

Adele might re-release her immensely successful album "21". Digital Spy reports that Adele's album is currently the fifth best selling album in Britain, even beating Michael Jackson's "Thriller". Adele's album has sold approximately six million copies and with the re-release, the music company hopes that Adele will beat Queen's "Greatest Hits".
That being said, the re-release isn't set it in stone. However, if the re-release will happen, the album will come with an unknown amount of bonus tracks. All of the bonus tracks didn't make the album's final cut, but it does make sense to bring them out as bonus tracks.

Adele is the no.1 richest young musician in the U.K, BBC.co.uk reports. Her total wealth was estimated to be £6 million last year, however with the sales from her "21" album, she has received additional £14 million. This all happened within 12 months, showing that Adele really made it!
Adele both beat Jessie J and JLS to the top spot, Cheryl Cole and Leona Lewis are also on the list, although their esteemed wealth is only valued to £12 million. On the remaining spots we find Craig David, Paolo Nutini, Charlotte Church, Florence Welch and Lily Allen.

Adele recently talked to France's NRJ regarding a new album. Unfortunately the singer said that she will take at least two years to produce a new album. The reason being is that she wants to live a little before releasing new material. Obviously the singer doesn't want to produce songs written by someone else, that's not what she became famous for after all.
However, Adele will not keep her fans waiting an eternity to hear her music, she will apparently release a new single towards the end of 2012. According to BBC the singer is rumored to be making the theme music to the upcoming Bond movie, "Skyfall", although nothing is confirmed.

Believe it or not, Bruce Springsteen's "Wrecking Ball" has knocked Adele's "21" off its number 1 spot on the Billboard 200 chart. Adele flipped the finger at the "suits" after her acceptance speech for winning 'Best Album' at the Brit Awards was cut short. The singer was in the middle of thanking everyone for winning when the host, James Corden, was told to cut it short. Apparently Corden was told to cut it short since Blur was about to enter the stage.
According to The Sun, the singer was then seen leaving the venue, although it's doubtful if this actually happened. Adele later on said this backstage:
"I flipped the finger but it wasn't to my fans. I'm sorry if I offended anyone, it was the suits that offended me."
Check out the video below:
Do you think Adele was right to the flip the finger or was she just rude?

As reported in our previous article (click here) regarding the singer's "sex tape" scandal, we managed to dig out the published still shots by the French magazine.
Do you think the girl in the "sex tape" stills resemble Adele? You be the judge of it.

Adele was recently accused of being the "star" in a sex tape with one of her ex-boyfriends. A French gossip magazine, 'Public', recently wrote up a three-page spread about the sex scandal and allegedly they also included pictures of the event.
Adele isn't going to sit idly by though, the singer is currently preparing to sue the magazine as well as a man by the name of Jean Claude Elfassi. The latter is a blogger whom claimed to have the sex tape and was prepared to post a snippet of it on his website. Well, no need to search around google as his website was shut down as a direct result of his statement, sheknows.com reports.
A statement from Adele's legal representatives said the following:
Do you think Adele was involved in a sex tape or is just her fame (and malicious ex-boyfriends) catching up to her? Let us know in the comments!

Adele isn't going to take a 5-year break from music, US Weekly reports.
Apparently the singer posted the following on her blog: "I've a few days off now, and then it's the Brit Awards here at home and then I'm straight into the studio. BOYYAHH! 5 years? More like 5 days!"
The singer didn't just win one Grammy at the 54th Annual Grammy Awards in L.A, she won six!
In related news, Adele's next single will be "Rumor Has It". The news was delivered during the Grammy awards by Ryan Tedder who is a co-writer.

Adele recently underwent a throat surgery and now she reveals what the toughest part of the recovery process was. According to Reuters, Adele found it hardest not being able to curse as she wanted. The singer quickly found a solution for the problem though, in form of a smartphone app. As with every surgery, it's important to rest the part which was operated on and not strain it. In Adele's case it was her vocal cords, even talking was a no-no.
Adele will be appearing on CBS' "60 Minutes" news magazine this coming Sunday (Feb. 12). In the interview she will talk about the event which led up to the laser surgery to remove a hemorrhaged polyp on her vocal cords. In an excerpt, Adele described it like someone had put a curtain on her throat and something just popped.

Lana Del Rey is topping the iTunes album charts with her new album 'Born to Die', specifically with the deluxe version of the album. The regular version comes in at a #3, still behind Adele's '21' album.
The songstress tweeted her gratitude in a sweet twitter message: Thank you for making the record #1 in 11 countries. Your sweet words have softened the effect of even the harshest reviews. I adore you

Love's in the air for the "Someone Like You" hitmaker! Many close to her supports her new found relationship with Simon Konecki (boss of Drop4Drop water charity organisation). However, she's also received some backlash regarding rumours of Simon being still married with 5 year old daughter to stylist, Clary Fisher.
Adele made an attempt to clear the speculations on her blog stating,

Adele may be on top of her game when it comes to music, but the singer wants her career to branch out into other fields. To help achieve this goal, the singer plans to lose weight to look sexier.
"Adele always swore up and down that she was comfortable in her own skin, but she's only human. She wanted to sex up her image a bit. And she thinks she'll get even more fashion and acting offers if she shaves off a few pounds," a source told Star magazine.
Aside from improving her image, losing weight will also help the singer's health. After undergoing vocal chord surgery in November, doctors suggested that she lose weight to improve "her health, her stamina, even her vocal range".
According to the source, Adele has begun Pilates, power walking and eating healthier.

Its been 7 years since America has last seen an album as popular as Adele's 2nd album, "21".
In 2004, Usher released the wildly successful album "Confessions". The album sold over 5 million copies and spawned the year's biggest hits, including "Yeah" and "Burn".
In 2011, Adele's album "21" took the world by storm, becoming the biggest thing the music industry had seen in years. The album has sold 5.6 million copies in America alone.
Because of Adele's album, music sales rose in 2011 compared to 2010. Digital sales have increased by 10% largely in part to people buying Adele's music. The same thing happened in 2004 as "Confessions" and its singles helped drive sales.
After a year of promotions, Adele will be taking a break from the music industry in 2012 to help her vocal chords heal and to relax.

Adele is currently recovering from the vocal chord surgery she underwent last month. According to a source for US Magazine, the singer has begun vocal training.
"[Adele] is in a great place at the moment... She recently started some basic vocal training [but] she's taking it slowly," the source stated.
The source also claimed that to further help with her recovery, the singer will not be drinking or going out. Instead, Adele will be staying in and living a low-key life for the next couple of months.
"[She] wants to keep a low profile. She's hoping the first half of next year can be pretty low-key - no concerts, TV shows, magazine interviews, music or anything like that. As she puts it, she wants to just take it easy and enjoy a well deserved break, with no pressure to record or perform."
In addition, Adele will be moving out of London and into the countryside to get away from the harmful pollution.
